Specifications:
- Genuine Belton Micalex sockets
- 2oz copper (double sided for trace and clearance optimisation)
- Through plated holes
- 1.6mm thick TG 150-160 FR4 substrate
- Improved heater traces for lower hum (double sided PCB)
- Cathode current sense resistors - 1W, 1Ω 5% flameproof (Yageo FMP100JR-52-1R)
- Test points provided for monitoring cathode current (1mV = 1mA)
- Heater balance resistors - 100Ω 1/2w fusible non-flammabe (Vishay NFR25H0001000JA500)
- Flyback diodes for output protection if accidentally run without a load (Rectron R3000F)
- Isolation slots between pads to prevent arcing
BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE NOTE:
- These PCB's are to be installed by qualified experienced technicians only.
- Dangerous, potentially lethal voltages may be present. Do not attempt to disassemble amplifier unless qualified and experienced.
- No support can be offered other than the required documentation and connector map.
- It is likely that the existing set of EL84's may be damaged and defective due to issues experienced with the factory PCB. It is advised to factor in a new matched set or at least testing of the existing valves before attempting to replace the PCB.
- Other components in the amplifier may have sustained damage due to issues experienced with the factory PCB. Ensure proper and adequate testing of the entire unit before and after replacement of the PCB.
- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REPLACE ANY FUSES WITH A HIGHER CURRNET RATING IN YOUR EQUIPMENT!
